A New Start is Waiting...
The house has stood since the 1890's and has seen better days and now has been empty for years and is waiting a new buyer to bring it back to life. The interior is open to the elements and is weather damaged but there may be some salvage from this Kauri cottage. This could be a rebuild from the frame up and a new start for this vintage cottage. Or remove and start fresh.
The grounds are overgrown and will need considerable work to restore
